30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Terms & Conditions

Our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee ("Guarantee") is offered to new, first-time customers on our "Launch," "Growth," or "Dominate" plans to ensure your full satisfaction with the Jenny AI service ("Service").

1. Scope of Guarantee

If you (the "Customer") are not satisfied with the Service, Jenny AI ("Company") will refund, upon timely request and verification of eligibility, the following fees:

  • One (1) paid "one-time setup" fee.
  • One (1) paid monthly subscription fee.

This Guarantee EXPLICITLY EXCLUDES:

  • All per-minute usage charges.
  • Any third-party costs, including but not limited to Twilio, Zapier, or other integration fees.
  • All applicable taxes.
  • Fees for any custom development, add-ons, or services purchased outside the standard plan.

2. Guarantee Period

The Guarantee Period begins on the "Service Activation Date" and ends exactly thirty (30) calendar days later. The "Service Activation Date" is defined as the date on which the Jenny AI system is fully configured, tested, and made live on your account (e.g., your phone number is successfully forwarded and the AI is actively answering calls). This date will be confirmed by our support team via email.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this Guarantee, the Customer MUST meet all of the following conditions:

  • Full Payment: All invoices for the setup fee and first month's subscription must be paid in full prior to the Service Activation Date.
  • Good Faith Onboarding: The Customer must have completed all onboarding tasks in a timely and cooperative manner, including providing all necessary business information, FAQs, call-flow logic, and access to required third-party accounts (e.g., calendar, CRM).
  • Full and Proper Implementation: The Customer must have fully and correctly implemented the Service for the entire 30-day Guarantee Period. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Properly forwarding all designated business phone numbers to the Jenny AI system.
    • Installing any provided web chat widgets on their primary business website.
  • Active Use: The Service must be actively used to handle live customer interactions (e.g., must have received a minimum of 30 live calls) during the 30-day Guarantee Period. A Customer who does not use the Service cannot claim dissatisfaction with its results.
  • Required Support Engagement: The Customer must demonstrate a good-faith effort to resolve any issues. Before submitting a refund request, the Customer must have:
    • Contacted our support team ([email protected]) in writing to detail any problems or dissatisfaction.
    • Actively participated with our team for a period of at least five (5) business days to allow us to attempt to rectify the issues.

4. How to Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, you must send a written email to [email protected] with the subject line "30-Day Guarantee Refund Request."

This request MUST be sent *after* the 30-day Guarantee Period has ended but *no later than* five (5) calendar days after its conclusion (i.e., between day 31 and day 35 post-activation).

In your email, you must provide:

  1. Your full name and business name.
  2. The reason for your dissatisfaction.
  3. Evidence that you have met all Eligibility Requirements listed in Section 3.

5. Exclusions & Final Discretion

The following will immediately void this Guarantee:

  • Canceling your service *before* the 30-day Guarantee Period is complete.
  • Any violation of our main Terms of Service.
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback attempts, or abuse of the service.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any refund request that it believes is made in bad faith or does not meet the explicit Eligibility Requirements outlined above. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
