The Challenge

Reliable Pest Control had been running Google Ads for two years with decent click volume, but their site wasn't doing its job. The homepage hadn't been updated in years, loaded slowly on mobile, and offered only a basic contact form with no immediate value exchange. Visitors who arrived from an ad — already in buying mode — had no way to get a price or book on the spot. Most bounced within 30 seconds.

The Solution

We launched a fully rebuilt Jenny AI Smart Website. The new site was engineered specifically for conversion: fast load times, mobile-first layout, trust signals above the fold, and a Smart Estimate tool that let visitors get instant pricing for common pest problems. We also integrated an AI Chat Widget that engaged visitors who weren't ready to fill out a form, qualifying their issue and nudging them toward booking.

The Results

Conversion rate climbed from 1.7% to 7.4% — meaning more than 4x as many visitors were turning into leads on the same ad spend. That translated into approximately 52 additional exclusive leads per month. Because the Smart Estimate captured email and phone before showing pricing, the close rate on web leads also improved. The site paid for itself within the first billing cycle.
