We also create web copy for your keywords, we have no limits on this. It's extremely important to have your site mapping structured properly to index and rank seamlessly. We help with the infrastructure needed to support that.

You'll get weekly updates from our accounts team. We let you know when our weekly content is ready then, along with any web copy that is made.

On-Page & Technical Optimization

Everything SEO related for optimization is handled by us. We implement the optimization for you. Generally, we have everything fixed up in our auditor by the end of the first month. If we don't have access to your website, we will reach out. If you'd like to implement it yourself, we can provide the documentation for you to do so.

High Quality Backlink Outreach

At Jenny AI, we are fortunate that we are able to offer backlink outreach at our price. The only reason we are able to is because we are managing your content and optimization.

We have been in business for over 10 years. In that time, we've built great relationships with publishers. They know that if we are publishing, optimizing and managing the backlink quality of a website, it's in good hands.

We focus on link placements in active content. This is a common practice for PR outreach firms. In the SEO industry, we call this HARO outreach.

On Standard, you'll acquire 4 links per month on average, Plus is 8, Enterprise is 16 (1 per article published).

Backlinks acquired by us are reported on by the end of month 2 or 3. We do not own any backlink networks. We only focus on genuine backlink outreach. Quality over quantity.

It is very important for us to publish our content and to get your site optimized for backlink outreach to be successful.

Reporting

We have a beautiful reporting UI for both PDF's and report links. We'll set up monthly reporting for you in your report tab or you can create your own. If you have any preferences, please let us know.

Jenny AI SEO is a service that has incredibly transparent deliverables. Why? Because SEO is about consistency and reliability.

We structure our work into four core areas:

• 1 — Weekly Blog Content

Month One

During the first month, we schedule our weekly content for the same day each week and send over for your approval. When approved, we can get it published for you on your blog. You can also set it to auto approve, which means we publish automatically each week without your approval.

We then get your site fully optimized in the first month. Everything technical, AI compliance and SEO related is fixed by us and then rescanned. This will be available on your project.

Lastly, we start our custom outreach to acquire backlinks either local to you (if you are a local business), or niche relevant (if you're nationwide, or an online business). We focus on link placements in active content. This is similar to hiring a PR agency. Most of the time, this links back to the weekly content we publish on your site.

We don't pay anyone for backlinks or own any artificial backlink networks. This is extremely important to understand. The work we do lasts for the long-term. It doesn't get removed or damage your site.

You can expect our content, optimization and outreach links to index on Google in month two.

Month Two

We've now fixed up your site, have our content live and have our outreach process ongoing. This is when you should expect some progress on your rankings and organic traffic. Usually, the first month's work won't have much impact on your rankings, good or bad. Google takes a few weeks to index new work.

We continue with our weekly content, tweak our optimization based on how your site is indexing and continue our outreach.

Month Three

Expect significant ranking progress by the end of the third month if you're a local business, or if you're an online business, significant ranking and/or traffic growth. Generally, local businesses have a limited audience, so we focus on rankings locally. For online businesses, you have a larger target audience to rank for. Our content and outreach performs well, as it compounds in value each week.

You should expect our content to index well, our outreach links to start going live, and your site regularly optimized.

We set up reporting for you each month in the reports section of your project.

Word Count

For most businesses, an average of 1000 words per article is enough to drive engagement and deliver a great user experience. We focus on intent driven topics that link back to your primary pages, which are optimized for your target keywords. The key metrics to focus on are your click through rate, bounce rate and average user time.

If you need a higher word count to see results, we will let you know proactively. If you'd like a higher word count, message us to let us know. We are happy to accommodate for any preferences, word count, anything. Please just ask. 😄

Blog Structure

Some SEO companies will structure content for specific keywords to artificially rank your site, we don't do that.

Genuine SEO is about delivering helpful content. Because of this, we structure our work for intent driven topics that have a high CTR and deliver a great user experience. This is also important for backlink acquisition, as we ask publishers what kind of content they want to refer to, get it written and then published on your site.

If you have any custom preferences for the structure of our content, please let us know. We are happy to follow any preferences.

Publishing & Revisions

Our content is made to be published on your blog section. We can handle this for you. You can either approve our content or request a revision in the 'Content -> Blog Content' tab of your project. For approving, it's one click. When revising, a box will pop up, it'll then be processed within 1-2 working days.

If you have enabled auto publishing, your view will change to 'Scheduled' & 'Published'. You won't need to approve anything, we will publish to your blog automatically each week.

Web Copy

Our service includes unlimited web copy to help you build your site. To order web copy for your website, go to the web copy tab and click 'Order Web Copy'. It is important to fill it out properly, because it is fully automated. Please do not put 'up to you, you choose' etc. It'll be with you the same day.

• We don't touch any page copy or branding without your approval.
• We structure our optimization to deliver a great user experience.

Auditing

When you start your free trial with Ranked, you'll see an auditor in your project. This shows all the technical and SEO issues with your site. When the scan is complete, we'll let you know and will begin our planning to get this all fixed for you.

It's important to note that you might have issues showing that aren't valid. This can be due to plugins (if you're a WordPress site), or if your website builder has any custom settings. We'll let you know if something shows as an issue, but isn't.

We will also audit your Google Business Profile, if you're a local business. Optimization for this is usually quite quick and is done in a day.

Timelines

We aim to get everything optimized within the first month. This is contingent on us getting editor access to your site when we request it. If your site is larger than 100 pages, we might need an extra few weeks to fix everything. So please be considerate if you have a large site! :)

Optimization is a recurring task. The bulk of issues are fixed in the first month, with recurring revisions on our work in the months after.

Please note: We only acquire backlinks from English sites. We cannot do multi-language outreach.

IMPORTANT: We are not the best solution for at scale backlink acquisition. We do HARO outreach which is a trusted, industry standard white-hat method. We contact publishers to refer back to the blog content that we publish on your site.

Many areas of this are out of our control, including when publishers update their content, when they reindex it and when it shows up in backlink trackers. All of this takes time.

We do not promise you backlinks. Because we do not buy them, we do not makes deals with anyone. We are not a shady backlink service.

Some SEO services will promise you links. They are going to be fake and removed over time. We have been in business since 2016 and have a well refined outreach process and team, but because we do not pay for them or host the sites ourselves, it can take longer than the 2/3 month timeframe.

For some, this isn't ok and we understand. You can buy what are called Private Blog Network (PBN) backlinks. If you want a white-hat solution we are a good fit. If you need artificial link placement quickly, we are a bad fit. 🙏

Here's what you should know about our backlink acquisition process.

• It's 100% white-hat. We don't own any sites or pay anyone for backlinks.
• We focus on local links (if you're a local business) or niche relevant (if you're nationwide/online).
• We acquire links via link placements in active content. This is how many PR agencies work.
• The link placement refers back to our weekly blog content. This is why helpful content is important.

Let's go over the specifics.

Process

Our outreach process does not work if you aren't publishing our content or optimizing your site. This is why we don't offer backlink only solutions. The truth is, if you are being compliant with Google's guidelines, you can't buy links or do them singularly. Any provider that does is either buying them via an artificial network of sites, or owns a network of sites. In the SEO industry, we call this a PBN (Private Blog Network).

We don't do that and are heavily against it.

At Ranked, we contact media sites that are either local to you or niche relevant to acquire link placements in active content. Publishers need to keep their content fresh with new references and updated information. This is where our weekly content comes in.

By providing informative, helpful content to link to, it benefits the publishers site and yours. We've built a name for ourselves over the years as a reliable provider for content to link back to, which allows us to acquire backlinks for you consistently.

The Pros

There are many benefits to this process:

• It's compliant with Google's Terms of Service, you won't get penalized.
• It's an asset that stays there, it doesn't get removed.
• The referring traffic is intent-driven and high-quality.
• It helps you rank much faster and for longer compared to PBN's.

The Cons

There are a few negatives to this process, depending on your view:

• It's not instant, they take 2-3 months to consistently come through. Usually over 3 months onwards. If we are lucky, then 2.
• You're not going to acquire 1000's (you don't need 1000's, some people want that though!).
• You'll need to let us publish our content and optimize your site on time.

Quantity

The more content we publish, the more outreach we can do for you. Please note that we do not guarantee them as we only do custom outreach, we do not buy them or own our own networks. There are factors out of our control where at times, link quantity fluctuates up and down.

Estimated amounts per month:

• Standard acquires 3 to 4 links per month.
• Plus acquires 6 to 8.
• Enterprise acquires 12 to 16.

These come through by month 2 or 3. We aim for them to go live as soon as possible, but this does depend on external publishers updating their content, their schedule, your website being optimized, our content published, etc.

When they are live, we report it right away to you via the Backlinks tab.

If you're looking for a genuine backlink acquiring solution, we are a good fit. If you're looking to artificially boost your site with a network of fake links, we are not a good fit.

How We Report Results

There are two ways to monitor your SEO & PPC progress.

The first is to sign in to your account and check your project. We update each section of your project daily.

The second is to go to the Reports tab and create a PDF or report link which summarizes everything on the project. If you'd like us to handle this for you, please let us know.

Customizations

If you need any customizations, you can either build a report via the report builder or let us know and we will sort it for you. For our agency partners, everything is custom branded in your logo and can be hosted on your custom domain, if you have set it up.

AI Voice Agent

In the top right of your project, you'll see an orb that you can click on, this AI voice agent is fluent in everything related to your project and can see all project details along with any outstanding tasks on the backend of Ranked. This is also white label by default. It will never mention Ranked.

Jenny AI provides an AEO-ready blog CMS to help you index more easily on AI search. It includes:

• 1 — Excellent page speed scores
• 2 — Markdown files for every blog, which allow AI models to read the page easily
• 3 — llms.txt files for the CMS
• 4 — Customized CTA blocks, table of contents, and images optimized for AEO
• 5 — Responsive FAQs at the bottom of each article to help with AI search indexing
• 6 — Schema optimized for AI search engines to find and reference your content

You can fully customize your branding, color codes, CTAs, and more during setup.

To connect your domain, it's a one-click process that finds your website hosting provider and adds the DNS records for you.

When enabled, you will have a one-click approve-and-publish workflow under the Needs Approval tab for blog articles. If you are on auto-publish, it'll automatically publish each week.

If you want to revise any published content, you can click the Republish button.

This is entirely optional. We are happy to continue publishing on your website if you prefer.

If you ever depart our services, we'll keep the custom domain up for one year free of charge, which gives you time to move everything over to your own CMS. You'll see an export option on the blog setup page to export everything if needed.

The most important part to note is the domain connection section. We have one-click DNS setup, or you can do it manually.
